REFLECTION
The idea of posting documents from the traditional from to the new media is an invention of the 21th century that became popular. This new idea is a way to organize your ideas in an engaging way that hooks the reader. The invention of new media gives you different kinds of tools for helping the individual have success while posting their documents and creations. In overall, the new media has the function of making your writings engaging and awesome.
The processes for creating and developing the essay and the new media form are really similar, however there are some differences. For creating my essay I did several things, first I did a brainstorm to have a clear vision of my main points, I also did a prewrite and then draft it so that my essay would be the best as possible. Finally, I edited and revise it for assuring that I did the right thing. For the new media format I did a brainstorm of my website and the tabs that I would include. Then I needed to pass that idea to the digital form as I expected to be, and continuously I searched images and videos that were related to my topic. Finally I edited the final product for making sure that I don't have some upcoming errors.
As I said above there are some similarities but there are some differences that I identified easily while developing each of them. For both I needed to organize my ideas and I needed to make final revisions for making my final product. I also think that a major similarity or relationship is that both of this forms work like in a mutualism, they both benefit each other. The traditional needs the new media for making the text engaging and the new media needs the traditional for having something to decorate some text or idea. These two forms have some similarities but they also have one big main difference, the traditional form is only for the texting part and the new media is the esthetic part of that text, its purpose is to upgrade the text for making it fantastic.
While creating each part I also have difficulties but also pleasures. Through the writing of my essay I needed to decide my main points, my counter claim, and how I was going to develop it. It was really tough because I thought of many possible points but I needed to choose some specific. The other difficult part was researching the related articles, even tough it was also a pleasure because I like really much to read statistics, it was really difficult to find a good article that supports my opinions. For the media part there were 2 main difficulties, finding videos because is difficult to find some that engage but that are also related to my topic and making the layout of the website because you needed to make different tabs and have a different layout for each one. However in this format I had also some pleasures. I liked really much to find a layout, audios, or images that made my page pretty and professional.
In overall, the new media and traditional formats have some variety of similarities but also some differences. The new media is changing the way we see complex and boring texts.
